About me
I am Kim, happily married, a proud mother of four children, and I live in the Brabant village of Maarheeze in the municipality of Cranendonck, together with my family and two cheerful dachshunds. I prefer to spend my free time with my family. In addition, I enjoy being creative, for example with the decoration of our house, drawing, painting, photography, or music. I am also often found outdoors, whether it's walking, cycling, or gardening.
In 2025, I started as a freelancer in online management and office support to continue my years of experience in supportive and organizational roles in a contemporary manner. The flexibility that this form of work offers aligns well with how I want to apply my expertise today. The knowledge and insights I have gained over the years, both professionally and personally, are carried into my work. This enables me to be meaningful at both operational and strategic levels.
I bring structure, calm, and overview to organizations. As a creative thinker with an eye for detail, I like to think outside the box. Thanks to my broad interests and experience, I can see the bigger picture while also providing practical solutions. I not only support but also actively think along as a sparring partner.

With extensive experience in (interim) management support, both for self-employed entrepreneurs and for SMEs and larger organizations, I offer broad and flexible support. My background is primarily in business services.
For example, I worked as an interim management assistant at ASML (chip machine manufacturer), where I was responsible for administrative and organizational support in various departments, monitoring processes and participating in project-based activities. In this professional, international, and dynamic environment, I quickly learned to switch gears, set priorities, and work efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
